Sand grouting with fast setting, superior quality polymers. Ultracolor Plus with DropEffect Technology is a non-flashing, non-shrinking, colorfast, polymer-modified, premium quality grout for joint widths from 1.5 mm to 2.5 cm (1/16" to 1"). DropEffect Technology reduces surface absorption to help prevent water and dirt from penetrating the joints to be grouted. Ultracolor Plus is specially formulated with MAPEI's Highly Hydrated Cement (HCTÖ) technology to eliminate the usual problems associated with Portland cement grouting, such as colour consistency and efflorescence.
