Customers have the option of placing their orders in two different ways:

* In person: at our establishment located at Carrer de Lugo, 45, 08032 Barcelona.
HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER ON OUR WEBSITE
To purchase in our online store, you must follow the instructions below:
Choose the product.
Add the desired quantity to the shopping cart or basket.
Next, you can choose whether to continue shopping or process your order.
If you want to continue shopping, repeat the process. You can check or review your order at any time by clicking on “Cart”.
If you want to process the order, click on “Cart” and then on “Checkout”, or directly on “Process order”.
Fill out the form with your details and shipping address. Only the information necessary for the purchase and subsequent delivery of the order will be requested.
Once you have entered all the details, check that they are correct and confirm the order.
Select one of the shipping methods we offer.
Select the payment method you wish to use.
You must expressly accept our terms and conditions, as well as our privacy policy.
Finally, click on “Confirm payment”. This step is a binding commitment.
You will receive an email confirming the order within a maximum of 24 hours.
PAYMENT METHODS
Payments are only accepted in EUROS.
The available payment methods are bank card, PayPal, Amazon Pay or bank transfer.
Customers must guarantee that they are fully authorized to use the selected payment method.
In the case of payment by card, the total amount of the order, which will include the shipping costs that apply depending on the case, will be charged to the customer's account at the time of purchase.
In the event of any incident occurring during the payment process (for example, if the terminal reports that the card has been refused) the order will be automatically cancelled, informing the customer of said cancellation.
To minimise the risk of unauthorised access, your credit card details will be encrypted. Credit cards will be subject to checks and authorisations by the issuing entity.
In the event of selecting the payment system through PayPal or Amazon Pay, the payment will be subject to the conditions of these platforms.
We also offer the possibility of making the payment by bank transfer, and in this case the order will not be sent until we have been able to confirm the payment of the total amount of the order. If the amount is not for the total, SANEAMIENTOS CARMELO S.L. reserves the right not to send the order until the customer has paid in full.
SECURITY AND PROTECTION FOR THE BUYER
If you make your purchases with a card, these are made through Redsys (BBVA's official payment channel) with all encryption systems and data transfer security through the SSL protocol, so the buyer will always have the protection of these channels.
With the Amazon Pay option, you will avoid giving bank details again and you will have all the advantages and guarantees that Amazon offers its customers, such as the full money-back guarantee for cases in which a product is not delivered, is damaged or does not have the promised quality. This guarantee helps customers to obtain a full refund of their purchase or to cancel an authorized payment if they are not satisfied and do not reach a resolution agreement with the seller on a purchase made using Amazon Pay.
On the other hand, PayPal Buyer Protection includes the refund of the full price of the purchased item plus the original shipping costs you paid, in case you do not receive your item or when you receive the item it is not what you ordered.
ANTI-FRAUD CHECK
The customer's purchase may be postponed for anti-fraud check. It may also be suspended for a longer period for a more rigorous investigation, in order to avoid fraudulent transactions.
RIGHT TO CANCELLATE THE ORDER
SANEAMIENTOS CARMELO S.L. has the right to reject or cancel an order for justified reasons, such as:
* Due to an error in the billing data (which are incorrect or impossible to verify).
* If there is suspicion of fraud.
* If it is not possible to send it to the indicated address.
* If there are reasons to suspect that the user is not a final consumer.
* If the user is under 18 years of age.
* If full payment has not been made.
ASSIGNMENT OF RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
The contract is binding on both the client and SANEAMIENTOS CARMELO S.L., as well as on our respective successors, assignees and successors in title.

AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
Orders are subject to product availability. If there are difficulties in supplying the products or if there are no items in stock, SANEAMIENTOS CARMELO S.L. will inform the customer of this circumstance by email or telephone and will refund, using the payment method used in the order, any amount paid for the unavailable product or products within a maximum period of 15 days, or will exchange the product for another of the same value, as decided by the customer.
PRODUCT PRICES
The prices of the products offered in this online store are valid only for purchases made on this website.
The prices of the items include all applicable taxes but do not include shipping costs, which will be added later to the total amount of the order.
SANEAMIENTOS CARMELO S.L. reserves the right to modify prices at any time, although the products will be invoiced based on the rates in force at the time of registration of the orders (provided that there are still stocks).
The purchase order will indicate both the total price of the product/products, including VAT and the corresponding shipping costs, as well as the handling costs.
The applicable VAT rate will be the one legally in force at any given time depending on the specific item in question.
For orders destined for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, deliveries will be exempt from VAT in accordance with the provisions of Article 21 of Law 37/1992, without prejudice to the application of the corresponding taxes and tariffs in accordance with the regulations in force in each of these territories.
